HOW I CAME TO KNOW THE WORLD TWO WAYS

"George Two Ways" was originally created as a character for my Master's Thesis, A NEW CHEMICAL PHILOSOPHY, when John Cawelti complained, "this story needs a guide." Thus it was that, as the story progressed, Two Ways would pop up every now and then to explain affairs, then vanish back to the Void from which he had come.

Then I met Victor Four Winds, whose story most of this is; the mind-lasers, the ancient Incan Empire that never ended.

I met this eccentric medicine man in, of all places, the social hall of the Catholic Church in this small town. Free coffee and donuts after Mass.

When I found out he was also a writer with a history of small press credits, mostly poetry, I proposed a collaboration. This is the result.
