THE BEATLES

THE LONG AND WINDING ROAD

From the Cavern in Liverpool to the beer  joints in Germany, spending long hours playing on the stage. The Beatles honed their sound. Sharpened into a tight night group. Originally there as a 5t Beatle, Stuart Sutcliff. A bass player who couldn't really play bass. He meet a German girl named Astrid and staid. Sadly later died of a brain tumor, this affected John as they were close. Pete best was the drummer which everybody knows. Ringo was already in a successful group, later brought in for for oe story goes to replace Pete during the recordings. Actually I belive a studio musician did the drums.

The Beatles rise to fame was phenomenal & quick under the management of Brian Epstein who came from a wealthy family, he owned a music store. He went to the Cavern to hear the Beatles play after getting many request for the 45 single My Bonnie. And the rest is history.
